OnePlus 10 Pro with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage lands in the US on June 15

OnePlus is offering the 10 Pro smartphone in a bunch of different RAM/storage configurations across the world, but so far in the US it was only available with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. That will thankfully change starting on June 15.

From that date onwards, if you're in the US you will be able to order the OnePlus 10 Pro with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage from the OnePlus online store, Amazon, and Best Buy.

You'll be paying a $70 premium for the privilege, thus the new version of the phone will set you back $969, whereas the base model is priced at $899. If you order the $969 phone within the first five days of its availability, you'll also get a free pair of OnePlus Buds Pro. That's a nice gesture, but keep in mind that the 12/256GB OnePlus 10 Pro will only be available in black.

Last year with the 9 Pro OnePlus did things the other way round, launching the step-up version first and not the base model, then promising that the entry-level SKU would arrive, before eventually recanting that promise and admitting it would never happen. In a similar fashion, the launch of the 12/256GB iteration of the 10 Pro was promised for the US since launch, and it's nice to see this one materializing.
